Saad Chamich is Managing Director and Head of Americas Volatility at J.P. Morgan in New York, running the Flow, Exotics and Delta One franchises, and is a member of the Global Equities Management team. He has spent more than a decade at J.P. Morgan, holding a number of senior Delta One trading roles before taking on volatility. He started his career in Paris. A graduate of École Centrale Paris.

Michael currently leads Relative Value and Macro strategy research within BlackRock’s Hedge Fund Solutions business, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and monitoring hedge fund managers through fundamental investment due diligence. He also contributes to portfolio construction as a member of the HFS Co-Investment Portfolio Management Group. Having joined BlackRock in 2011, his background spans hedge fund risk management, alternative investments and credit, with earlier roles at CarVal Investors, Piper Jaffray and Quellos Group.

Florent’s background is rooted in equity derivatives and volatility, having worked at UBS and Exane, where he specialized in market intelligence, trade generation and structuring for volatility-focused investors. He joined Lombard Odier Investment Managers in 2019 to co-found and manage the ADAPT strategy alongside Alexis Maubourguet. Today, he is Co-Founder of ADAPT Investment Managers and Senior Portfolio Manager of the ADAPT Fund.

Michael oversees the operational, financial and infrastructure backbone of ADAPT Investment Managers. Prior to joining the firm, he led UBS’s global non-core activities across single stock derivatives and Prime, following a 25-year career at Credit Suisse spanning Zurich, Singapore and Hong Kong. His experience covers Operations, Business Management and Equity Derivatives Trading, with a particular focus on complex platform and regulatory transformations.

Clément began his career in rates derivatives at RBS, holding structuring and trading roles across Hong Kong, Tokyo and London. He later moved to Lombard Odier Investment Managers, where he spearheaded the business development of the ADAPT strategy and contributed to the firm’s convex solutions platform. In 2024, he co-founded ADAPT Investment Managers, where he serves as CEO.

Rocco currently oversees block customer facilitation at Susquehanna, executing complex, high-notional options transactions for leading hedge funds and asset managers. With more than three decades in global derivatives markets, his experience spans equity, index and ETF options, with deep expertise in liquidity provision, pricing and risk transfer. He began his career on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange trading floor in 1987 and has since navigated a wide range of market environments and shifts in market structure.

Alexis brings over two decades of experience across global markets, spanning both the sell side and buy side. He spent a decade at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank before moving into investment management, with portfolio management roles at BTG Pactual, Argentière Capital and Lombard Odier. Tony is Global Head of Hedge Fund Coverage for Goldman Sachs’ Global Banking & Markets division and Co-Head of One Goldman Sachs, the firm’s cross-business client strategy. Since joining Goldman Sachs in 1999, he has held senior leadership roles across FICC and Equities, including Head of Macro Client Coverage and Co-Head of US Equities Sales. He was named Managing Director in 2007 and Partner in 2012.

Timour oversees a global portfolio of fixed income relative value, volatility arbitrage and multi-strategy hedge funds at CPP Investments. His career has been centered on alternative investment manager selection and portfolio construction, with previous roles at PSP Investments and Diversified Global Asset Management, complemented by earlier experience in structured credit and FX trading.
